1.For Air Ambulance Service, Private Jet Rental, and Charter Helicopter

 

Payment terms :- 

100% payment is required at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation Charges:- 

Cancellation charges for air ambulance, private jet rental, and charter helicopter services will be levied as follows:

  1. 10%: Against flight preparation charges if the flight is canceled due to “force majeure” reasons.
  2. 25%: If canceled 6 days prior to the scheduled departure.
  3. 50%: If canceled less than 6 days but more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
  4. 100%: If canceled less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure.

2. For Chardham Yatra by Helicopter

 

To secure your seat for the Chardham Helicopter Tour, an initial deposit of 35% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 40 days prior to the date of arrival at Dehradun. Timely payment ensures smooth arrangements for your tour.

Passengers will not be allowed to board the helicopter or commence the tour unless the full and final payment has been completed.
